Annual Shareholders Meeting

OMWC holds an annual shareholder meeting to elect board members and conduct business. OMWC customers enjoy some of the lowest water rates around, and your board members are committed to continuing that fiscal responsibility on behalf of our shareholders.

With the increasing size of the company, it is becoming harder to obtain a quorum of the shares to be represented at the annual shareholders’ meeting. Please be on the lookout for your proxy ballot in the mail, and consider signing and returning it before September 30th, enabling your shares to be represented at the meeting scheduled for the first Monday in October.
